The working principle of the thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is to form the bottom of the packaging bag by heating the plastic sheet so that it is limed and adsorbed on the mold. Then, after placing the food inside the packing bag, the air inside the packing bag is removed by a vacuum pump, and the final cap forms a vacuum packing bag. This can effectively prevent moisture and food deterioration, prolong the shelf life of food, and maintain the freshness and taste of food.

• The vacuum degree can be set by timer control or sensor control. User can choose either way.Seonsor control is perfect for liquid packing.Once set by sensor control, the vacuum degree willnever • higher than preset number, thus avoid the liquid leakage.User shall know the number ofvacuum degree which will cause the liquid leakage.
• The alarm will be ringing on its panel once the vacuum pump oil needs to be changed.
• The chamber is wireless.The heating and sealing unit can separate with the machine lt is easy tochange and clean the machine.
• Once the heating strip get burned or bad connect, the digital controller will alarm it.Food grade 304SS machine body.
